General Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Delivery occurs by mail. Shipping, packing and VAT will be listed seperately in the invoice (inland) or bank charges (international) respectively.
Payment
Inland clients receive an invoice which is due upon receipt. International clients pay in advance upon receiving the invoice or pay with credit card. Any bank charges for international payments are paybale by the buyer.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The product remains our property until payment in full is received.
Liability and Guarantee
Defects in the software that substantially affect their service performance result in the right of the client to rectification of the defect. Should two attempts at rectification remain unsuccessful the client has the right to an annulment of the purchase contract. Any further liabilty on the side of the manufacturer in the form of compensation is precluded.
